Daniel Paez — Managing Director

Daniel leads consulting and training across land administration, transport and land use planning, and applied AI. He brings 20+ years of experience in infrastructure reform, geospatial systems, and public-sector innovation. His recent work spans councils including Merri-Bek, Moonee Valley, Moorabool Shire, Hume, Port Phillip, and Campaspe. Daniel holds a PhD in Infrastructure Engineering (University of Melbourne), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, and is completing a Juris Doctor. He lectures at Swinburne University and serves as a Senior Industry Advisor with CSDILA, with prior advisory roles to the World Bank, the UN, and multiple Australian governments. He specialises in responsible AI adoption for planners, engineers, and policy professionals.

Megan Edwards — Secretary & Director

Megan oversees governance, operations, and client engagement, and co-facilitates Ineca's AI training programs. With 25+ years in professional writing, communications, and adult learning, she brings law, psychology, and education credentials to help technical teams communicate clearly and confidently. A former educator with Pearson, she has delivered training for national professional bodies including AICD and CAFBA. Megan leads AI capability development focused on improving professional writing with Copilot and ChatGPT and co-designed Ineca's AI and Planning course for PIA, emphasising practical prompt design, risk mitigation, and adoption strategy.
